In addition to conventional means, we take advantage of meetings between leaders and employees to share information, obtain feedback and periodically listen to new ideas.

Zilia Youth Program

Zilia, through the Zilia Youth Program, has been working to develop the skills of interns and apprentices seeking opportunities to enter the job market. In this program, young people from the communities where we operate are invited to become Program participants for a period of up to two years.

The process involves the direct participation of Zilia leaders to develop skills such as communication; responsibility; flexibility; and focus on results, among many others. Apprentices are encouraged to prepare and lead meetings with the teams, with the contribution of advisors, where they present their projects and achievements.

The participation of each employee is important and we believe in the differential brought by the participatory and responsible approach.

Seeking continuous improvement and an environment of openness and trust, Zilia has numerous internal development programs for its professionals, with emphasis on:

Training and Zilia Learning Center

All Employees can study continuously, inside or outside the company, accessing our Digital Learning Platform. On this platform, courses on a variety of topics are made available, applicable to all levels of the organization.

Topics such as harassment, creating healthy work environments, inclusion and ethics and compliance are recurring courses.

Leadership Academies

We believe that strong leadership, which strives for ethical conduct and good practices, is essential to create a favorable environment for the development of people, innovation and the continuous improvement of our processes and products. In this context, the Leadership Academy aims to keep our team prepared for the challenges.

Individual Performance Monitoring for all levels

Through regular cycles, our managers and employees align expectations, measure performance and design routes to achieve organizational and individual career goals.

Open communication

On an ongoing basis, open meetings are held with Zilia’s senior management, including all employees in the company’s main strategic directions.
